Brauen mit dem Speidels Braumeister 10L
Das Herzstück von Felsbräu ist der Speidels Braumeister 10L – eine kompakte, aber vollwertige Brauanlage, die vollständig automatisiert arbeitet. Temperaturkurven, Rastzeiten, Läuterung – alles präzise steuerbar und reproduzierbar. Für zwei junge Hobbybrauer ist das eine ernsthafte Plattform, die professionelles Arbeiten in kleinem Maßstab ermöglicht.
10 Liter pro Sud mögen wenig klingen. Sie sind es nicht. Sie sind genug, um sorgfältig zu arbeiten, intensiv zu experimentieren und jedes Bier wirklich zu kennen – bis zum letzten Tropfen.
Ergänzt wird die Anlage durch ein Kühlaggregat – alles auf den Anspruch ausgerichtet, dass ein kleiner Maßstab kein Freifahrtschein für Ungenauigkeit ist.

Ein klares, goldenes Pils mit fein-herbem Hopfencharakter und dem trockenen Abgang, der ein gutes Pilsner ausmacht – klassisch gebraut, ohne Kompromisse.
Felsbräu Festbier
Vollmundig, malzbetont und mit einer sanften Süße, die an Brot und Karamell erinnert – das Festbier ist der Beweis, dass bayerische Brautradition auch im Kleinen ihre volle Wirkung entfaltet.
Felsbräu Weißbier
Fruchtig, hefetrüb und mit dem unverkennbaren Bananenduft einer guten Weizenhefe – das Felsbräu Weißbier ist ein echtes Wohlfühlbier, das man am liebsten direkt aus dem Krug trinkt.
